RADmin is our secure administration area that enables RADsite clients to manage the custom functionality on their websites.

This can include:

• Content Management System
• Custom Carbon Calculator configuration
• e-Commerce store product prices
• Order management
• Sales reports
• User account management
• Automated email message content
• Database management and extracts
• Billing and invoices
• GDPR consent
• Submitting and viewing VAT returns (recognised by HMRC as compatible bridging software for Making Tax Digital)

RADmin is highly configurable and extensible to manage new custom features as they are developed. There are multiple roles, allowing client administrators to delegate permissions for a subset of the functionality to their staff members or customers. It also provides full audit tracking, so client administrators can see which users have made changes to their website.

Clients can access RADmin through the Client Login menu option.
